If you have attended NOVA between Fall 2001 and today, you may request transcripts through NOVAConnect. If you have not attended NOVA since Fall 2001, you MAY NOT request transcripts through NOVAConnect; you must request transcripts through a campus Student Services Center in writing using the Request for Transcript form 125-089.
