You cannot request an automated withdrawal or surrender using AIG VALIC because those distributions require a completed and signed form. You can, however, view and print a distribution form while visiting our Web site. Choose the “Forms Request” option underneath “Forms” on the menu bar, or click on the “Forms” button adjacent to the number which you wish to make a request. Then select the desired form.
