Can I request a Transfer, Payment, or Advance to a Cross Account?
A Cross Account is an account other than your own to which you have requested to be pre-authorized to make transfers. In the Main menu, click Cross Account Transfers. Click on the account you wish to transfer funds from, using the drop-down box. Type in the account number, including suffix, you wish to receive the funds. Type the amount you want to transfer, including the decimal point. Click Submit. On the Confirmation screen, verify the information is correct and click Confirm to complete the transaction or Cancel to make changes.
