Can I request a specific room, building or floor before arriving?

Yes. Approximately one week before arriving e-mail the reservations department with your request. You will receive a reply stating that they will try to honor it but cannot guarantee it. You can also check our our accommodations page or an aerial view of the resort to help with your decision.
