You can view or request a Medicare benefit tax statement for yourself and those dependants under the age of 18 listed on the Medicare card. All members on the card aged 18 years and over will need to register for Online Services individually to request their own Medicare benefit tax statement. Card members aged 14 years and over who are registered for Online Services can request their own statement.
