Can I request a general health check on the NHS?
Depends what you mean by full health check. Most GPs will do general blood work if you are feeling unwell and depending on the results, take it from there. Of course there is only a certain amount that be ascertained from blood tests. It often indicates if there is any problem though, although it might not always say where or why.
