Can I request a CLAIM10 or CLAIM30 audit to update existing values for CLAIM10 and/or CLAIM30?
You can submit a request to test for new CLAIM10 and/or CLAIM30 values at any time to Customer Service at custserv@iso-ne.com. The request should include the Asset name and Asset number the expected MW values to be performed during the CLAIM10 and or CLAIM30 audit. Reference ISO New England manual M-11 Market Operations, Section 2.6 Resource Performance Audits.
