yes you would need an additional cable running from your dish to your sky+ box (one cable would provide you with your images and the other would supply your sky+ facilities) i take it you are not ordering you box from sky and that is why you are asking, if this is the case then i would suggest contacting an independent installer there are plenty of sky accredited engineers in the yellow pages, once you have the box installed you need to let sky know that you have upgraded your box so that they can add the facilities to your account (this will not cost you anything extra) also be aware that a box that is not purchased directly from sky will not be insured so i would recommend taking out separate insurance on the box otherwise it will cost you £65 for a service call if you encounter any problems. i hope this helps.
