Can I replace my regular multi-vitamin with Endurogen™?
You can use Endurogen™ as a base multi-vitamin, but it’s recommended to still take your regular multi-vitamin. There are many daily nutrients recommended, and there just isn’t enough room in four capsules for everything. The complex ingredients in Endurogen™ were designed and dosed with very specific objectives. without any side effects. We recommend starting with the 2 capsule serving for a couple of days and working up from there. As with any supplement more isn’t always better.
