A. Not as part of this program. This program is specifically for the replacement of single flush toilets. Schultz Plumbing may independently be interested in replacing your old inefficient dual flush toilets, but the Water Smart Gardens and Homes rebate will not be available up front (you will need to apply for the rebate in the usual way) and the CHW subsidy is not available at all.
