Anyone who says NO is giving you a less than honest answer. It simply proves they know less than they think they do when it comes to roofing. Since 1993, Firestone, McConnell and Roof Top Solutions have all come out with a flat rubber roofing product that is both long lasting and easy to install. It will last quite some time (20-30 years) if adhered and lapped properly. UV Rays are not an issue with these products as they once were. Any flat roof may be completed with these products. RVs, Homes, Garages and etc. Just make sure you seal all edging, install any drip edge where necessary, lap it properly (over all seams and protuberances) and use the products RECOMMENDED sealer/adhesive. You’ll find that it is a relatively easy DIY project.
