Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Most E-Gift Cards are delivered successfully within 24 hours of your order. A number of factors could prevent an E-Gift Card from being delivered, such as an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter. If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, don’t worry, we will issue a new card. The best way to ensure an E-Gift Card has been received is to check with the sure-to-be happy recipient.
