Since Ireland isn’t part of the Schengen area, you need a passport. You should contact the Irish passport office and go to the office in Dublin or Cork with the proper documentation. From the sound of things, if you are replacing a lost passport you need 10 days to get a new passport so I don’t think it is possible for you to get a new passport before Monday. Perhaps you can call and check this, but that is what the website says.
