No this would be a clear violation not just of foobar’s license, but of the GPL license for foo_input_std’s AAC decoder. As mentioned foobar is incompatable with GPL licensing. AAC support is added only with explicit exception to the GPL license by Ahead. Anyone compiling and distributing unofficial releases or installers would violate the GPL.
