Can I rent out rooms designated under the Single Room Accommodation (SRA) By-law?

0

Owners that have SRA-designated rooms are able to rent up to 10% of the total number of rooms on a daily or weekly basis provided that no permanent resident seeks that room, that the room is vacant, and that the room was identified on their annual business license. Owners that want to convert additional designated rooms to tourist use or other non-residential uses must obtain an SRA conversion permit.
