Drivers who hold a valid Provisional Licence (P Plate) may rent from East Coast Car Rentals under the following provisions; • The customer must provide a P Plate for display on the vehicle. • The customer must accept the full PRW options. • The contract will include any under 25 yr surcharge, if applicable. • The customer will abide by the terms of the rental contract as well as those restrictions associated with the licence. Learner Drivers (L Plate) are not permitted to rent vehicles with East Coast Car Rentals.
