Can I release the shutter in Manual Focus Check mode?

0

Yes, you can. Just press the shutter button after you confirm the focus in Manual Focus Check mode. In this mode, shooting is performed even if the subject is out of focus. Please be sure to check the focus before pressing the shutter button: • Your camera does not focus automatically even when the shutter button is pressed halfway down. • If the subject is out of focus, please press the AF button at the center of the controller, or focus manually by selecting the MF mode and rotating the focus ring of the lens. Notes: • You can release the shutter directly even at 1.0x, 7.0x or 14.0x display mode. Even with 7.0x or 14.0x mode, a full-frame image is captured. • In a dark environment, it may take longer to start Manual Focus Check when switched from the Live view mode(Quick AF Live view), compared to when switched from the OVF mode.
