Yes, you can register for Networx Universal Customer Center offline and request entitlements to the tools available on the Networx Universal Customer Center. You must obtain entitlement approval from your Agency Appointing Authority (AAA), prior to submitting the Networx Universal Customer Center Offline Registration form to Verizon Business.
