Can I register for the External Degree Program if I live too far to attend the External Degree Saturday on a regular basis?
Yes. Students who live in another state or country may conduct their mandatory initial interview over the telephone and are only required to attend the New Student Orientation and the External Degree Saturday during their first semester. During subsequent semesters, students may contact their professors via phone the Monday after External Degree Saturday to request that course materials be mailed. Students with this situation should also call the Caldwell College bookstore at least one week prior to the beginning of the semester to make arrangements for books to be mailed to them.
