Can I refuse to transport people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal?
You cannot refuse to transport a person with a disability that has a service animal for any reason. It would be illegal to refuse to transport them and you can be fined up to $500 and 60 days of imprisonment (s. 775.082, s. 775.083). NOTE: You cannot charge people with disabilities any additional charges for transporting them.
