Yes, as long as the exact same set of files is distributed. • Can I obtain a different license to cover commercial applications where I do not want to release patches? Please contact AT&T if you are interested in a license that differs from the terms in the source code agreement, or if you have any questions regarding the agreement. • How is the AT&T license different from GPL? • Sharing source mods is optional (unlike GPL which forces it) but if you decide to share, you must share upstream (to the author) as well as downstream. This is not much different from the Apple source license (which is “free”.) • The AT&T termination clause is more cautious than some other source licenses, although if there is a patent infringement a licensee is allowed to just replace or remove the infringing code. • The license has some boilerplate and other language such as “I agree not to break the law” and “I agree not to frame the AT&T website” that some find excessive.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
