Can I recycle a non-working PC power supply?

PSU’s can have fuses, but as in most ICB’s they are usually soldered on the board,not what you expect a fuse to look like and would cost more to replace than buying a new PSU. Same goes for a resistor. Make an art statement with the old PSU, that’s all it’s good for unless you want the power harness from it.
