i’m sorry to tell you but there’s no way what so ever to recover your account without Xbox live. it would be different if you had Xbox live because you could just recover the account but in this case, there’s nothing that can be done. (i would recommend signing up for Xbox live so that if it happens again then you cant get the account back. also, you should get a cheap 2 GB thumb drive and periodically copy all your saves to it and then keep it in a safe place that no one knows about) (don’t make it so secret that you forget though) any thumb drive will work.
