You can also recharge a MyPatientLine card or PIN over the phone by calling customer service at 1-800-685-3023. Or, you can recharge your card by transfering the balance from another MyPatientLine $10 or $20 card right over the phone. Just press 4 after you dial your private access phone number and enter the PIN off the back of your present card.
