Can I receive the childcare allowance for the free early years education that my child receives?
No. You should only include in your application the childcare for which you have to pay a registered or approved provider. A few early years education providers may ask you to make a payment for your child’s free early years education which will later be refunded to you. If you are expecting a refund for your childcare from another source, please do not include this in your application.
