The Board should apply these sanctions in proportion to the severity of the misconduct. These sanctions may include any sanction as described in The Student Code. Please know that additional sanctions do not depend on whether your case goes to the hearing level. Additional sanctions can be considered by the Board, even if your case did not originally go to a hearing.
