Can I receive a monthly statement instead of payment coupons?
Monthly statements will no longer be available. Payment coupons were designed to make it easier and more convenient for you to budget your bills. You may elect to switch your payment method to quarterly, semi-annually, or annually if you would like to receive a statement. Or, you may decide to have your payments deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. These payment alternatives may provide savings to you. Please call your local sales office or the Client Relationship Center (CRC) at 1.866.225.4063.
