Can I rebook an unused ticket on Hawaiian Airlines?

Look in the fine print of your ticket. I would the statute of limitations on that ticket have expired. Usually airlines give you a small window, 4 hours after departure, to call and cancel to get that credit and then you are out of luck. However, it can’t hurt to call Hawaiian and explain to them that you still want to use the ticket, and they can take the $100 cancel fee out of it, but you still would like to fly on them, and they may be able to resurrect that fare for you. Whether they tell you they can’t give you a credit or then can, be polite. The staff has the ability to put that money into a credit shell. From personal experience, I base my actions on the customer’s attitude. If they are rude, then I follow the rules to the T. If they are nice, then I bend the rules sometimes.
