Can I really lose weight, build my immunity, promote mind/body healing, enjoy exercising etc… by using hypnosis?
You had better believe it! In my experience, hypnosis should be the first step in change, instead of a last resort. But, if it is a last resort, it will be just as effective. Hypnosis is quite useful because effects are often immediate and noticeable. Many of my clients over the years have been astounded by the fact that they may have only experienced and/or needed one session to stop smoking (up to a 38 year old habit) or stop fingernail biting, or gain the confidence needed to ask for a substantial raise in their job.) Some people may require several sessions to reach their desired goal. Some may need only one. You don’t have to take our word for it!
