Item 7 (Covenants & Restrictions) prohibits the landscape on the berms to be altered and states The Owner of the Lot shall adhere to the landscaping plan filed with the Macomb Township Planning Commission prior to final plat approval. The Board has checked with Bernie Lynden, of the Macomb Township Planning Commission, on this. He informed us that the trees and shrubbery planted on the berms have to be approved by the planning commission to ensure that they will not interfere with the underground utilities in the berms.
