Can I re-format my media card within the Lexar Digital Film Reader?

SmartMedia and CompactFlash cards can be formatted with the reader. The process is the same as formatting a hard disk or floppy disk within Windows95. Within “My Computer” right click on the drive with the Digital Film Reader icon and select “Format” from the pop-up menu. Windows will then display the Format dialog which will let you format the card. (NOTE: It is not recommended to re-format a card unless it is necessary. Some devices may require a specific format which the factory puts on the card.
