Can I re-enrol if I have forgotten my KrisFlyer number?
Each member can only have 1 KrisFlyer number, hence you will not be able to re-enrol. Please go to Log-in Help and use the KrisFlyer number search option. You will have to key in your first name, last name, date of birth and the email address you have registered with your KrisFlyer account. You will also need to provide the correct answer to the security question you had previously selected. When the correct information has been provided, your KrisFlyer number will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can call KrisFlyer Membership Services.
