Can I rank a program I am applying to that does not participate in Match?
No. You can only rank programs that participate in the Match on the Rank Order List you submit for the Match. If you decide (before the deadline for submitting your rankings for the Match) to accept a position at a program that does not participate in the Match, you must withdraw from the Match and not submit any rankings for the Match. If you do submit rankings and do not withdraw from the Match before the deadline, you must honor the Match result and accept the position to which you are matched.
