Yes. Your eligibility for Medi-Cal does not affect your ability to participate in OBRA. In some cases if you are eligible for Medi-Cal you may be able to have Medi-Cal’s Health Insurance Premium Payment program (Medi-Cal/HIPP) pay for your OBRA premiums.
