The pool shall be a minimum of five (5) feet from the rear & side yard property lines.

See Streets Zoning Table to determine which zone you live in. The pool shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet from the rear & side yard property lines in a R1 (H), (M) & (L) zoning district and a minimum of five (5) feet from the rear & side yard property lines in a R2 zoning district. This requirement may be reduced if a letter is presented by all abutting property owners giving their consent.
