Can I put in a sucky-fish with my axolotl?
No. It may also suck on the Axolotl, and if it fits in the Axolotl’s mouth that’s where it will go. Plecos have defensive fin spines though (which also means they can get tangled in fish nets) which will mean, if the Axie does eat it, it’ll get jammed in its mouth and is likely to kill the Axie and itself. Axolotls should be kept in species tanks only, they’re not compatible with fish. http://www.axolotl.org I would recommend IDing what species of Pleco you got for your sisters tank, there are over 800 species of Pleco, some get very very large and all are very very messy, they need big and heavily filtered tanks. They DON’T clean.
