Can I put hot liquids in my Klean Kanteen™ or use it like a thermos?
If you have a Kanteen™ Wide Insulated bottle, absolutely! Our high-performance, double-walled, vacuum insulated bottles are designed to function as a thermos, a to-go mug and food storage container and will keep contents hot or cold for up to six hours and iced drinks chilly for up to 24. We do not recommend using single-walled Klean Kanteen™ Classic or Wide bottles for hot beverages because you can burn yourself. Warm beverages can be used at your own personal comfort level. They’re fine for cold beverages, but unlike the Insulated Kanteen™, condensation will form on the outside.
