Can i put food coloring into radiator fluid?

i dont think it would hurt but not sure, i would just check the fluid when its cold in the radiator and to the other answers not all antifreeze is green and you would have to flush the whole system out to put a diffrent kind/color in, but not all colors can just go in anything

I think the color of the fluid is already basically a coloring chemical added by the manufacturer as a sort of stamp. While recoloring the fluid wouldn’t have any effect it might mask the natural signs of wear or cause someone to misidentify it and add a different type of fluid next time. I think staying consistent with one type of fluid is recommended and beneficial but I’m no mechanic.
