. No. The new 3M Littmann® Cardiology III Stethoscope has an attenuating ring behind the diaphragm to make the tunable function possible. The old 3M Littmann® Cardiology II Stethoscope cannot be retrofitted to a 3M Littmann® Cardiology III Stethoscope.
