I wouldn’t. The iguana would get stressed and so would the snake. Put the snake in a tupperware with holes punched in the lid for the night if that’s what it takes, don’t put them together. Especially if your garden snake is wild caught, it can transmit parasites and other illnesses to your iguana very easily.
