No. During the course we are taking many small steps over hours to learn the training program. With the right learning curves these exercises are easy to master for all women. Based on feedback we ensure that all participants perform the exercises correctly and able to distinguish between the different types of contraction. It would be impossible to follow the CD without attending the course.
