Can I purchase biological agents, hazardous chemicals, toxins, radioactive materials, or weapons?
Purchases of controlled or dangerous items under CRDF awards are subject to appropriate host country regulations and U.S. export control laws and other regulations. Such purchase requests must be technical justified by the approved proposal and are subject to USG export license requirements as may be required. The purchase of weapons of any kind under CRDF grants is NOT permissible under any circumstances.
