We will be happy to process your exchange or sell you additional tickets to future shows up to 90 minutes before the performance time. In order to effectively get the audience into the theatre for a show, the box office cannot process any exchanges or advance sales within 90 minutes of a performance. You may leave your tickets at the box office and we will gladly exchange your seats for the best available seating on the day you desire and mail the tickets back to you.
