Can I project an image from a book or a piece of paper using an overhead projector?
No. To project an image from a non-translucent source, you need a document camera, a type of projector that is not portable and must be connected to a computer. There are a few classrooms on campus that are equipped with document cameras. If you need one for a class, you should contact the Registrar, who may be able to change your room assignment on a temporary or permanent basis.
