Can I produce anything other than packaged, pasteurised fresh milk?

Because the Milk-Pro system packages the milk first, and then pasteurises it in the packaging, it is not the best system to use to make downstream products like yoghurt, cheese, etc. However, some people use it to produce yoghurt in small daily quantities, by placing the milk in 10 or 20 liter cans, and then placing the cans in the pasteuriser.
