Can I process through triVIN for another state?
Because all aspects of motor vehicle processing are state-specific and require access to the motor vehicle department’s database, it’s rare for any individual state to allow electronic processing from another. Currently, Maryland and Virginia are the only states that allow cross-processing with triVIN’s OLRS.
