Can I process credit card transactions through Commander NE software?
Yes. We can process a credit card directly from our software when it’s time to receive a payment in the “checkout” screen. We integrate with a product called X-Charge software to provide this seamless integration to credit card processing. All you do is swipe the card directly into a parts invoice or repair order and the authorization becomes a part of your transaction and prints on the customer’s invoice. This eliminates dial up terminals and stapling receipts to invoices. A nice thing about this X-Charge system is that it’s fast. Authorizations are typically received over your high-speed internet connection in as little as 2 seconds. And one or more of your computer terminals can be turned into “credit card processing stations”, depending on your needs.
