Can I process a Spousal Contribution to my TD Waterhouse spousal RSP account through WebBroker?
Yes. Spousal Contributions can be made through WebBroker by selecting the Spousal Option displayed on the Cash Transfers Step 1 of 3 screen. Some of my TD Bank Financial Group accounts do not appear in the ‘From’ or ‘To’ account list. Why? A particular account may not appear in the Transfer drop down menu due to: • Only certain accounts are eligible to be transferred ‘To’ or ‘From’ and these are the accounts that will appear in the drop down menu. See the list of eligible accounts above. • Only accounts where you are the beneficial owner will appear in the Transfer drop down menu. Any WebBroker sub-accounts where you have Trading Authority or Power of Attorney (including business accounts) will not appear. • You must have accounts in two different currencies ($CDN and $USD) in order to perform a foreign currency transfer.
