Can I prevent unauthorized access to the connections and accounts settings?
Yes. By using Tools – Protect option in the Connections window you can protect or unprotect existing connections and accounts. While in protected mode, the user can use existing connections and accounts, but cannot create new, nor view, modify or delete existing ones. Note that, in protected mode, serial connection will be able to connect to any of the existing SIM card accounts.
