Can I prepare “Scalloped Potatoes with Goat Cheese and Herbes de Provence” and refrigerate overnight?
Too funny – I asked almost the same question about a different epicurious potato and goat cheese gratin a few months ago http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;… As it says in the answer – I went ahead and baked it and just reheated it and it worked great. I had the added issue of needing to transport the potatoes, so there was no way to move a liquidy casserole. By the way, I haven’t tried the recipe you are making, but the one in my question is absolutely AMAZING!!
